DetailThe Jackson Audio Twin Trem is a dual analog tremolo pedal that offers a wealth of sonic possibilities for guitarists seeking expressive and versatile tremolo effects. Featuring two distinct tremolo circuits—Harmonic and Optical—the Twin Trem allows you to create a wide range of classic and modern tremolo sounds, from subtle pulsating rhythms to dramatic, swirling textures. With its independent controls, versatile routing options, and true analog circuitry, the Twin Trem is an essential tool for any guitarist's pedalboard. Dual Tremolo Circuits for Unparalleled Versatility The Twin Trem features two distinct tremolo effects: a Harmonic Trem and an Optical Trem. The Harmonic Trem, located on the right side of the pedal, delivers lush, swirling modulations with a warm and organic character. The Optical Trem, located on the left side, provides smooth, traditional tremolo sounds with a responsive and dynamic feel. Each tremolo circuit has independent Speed, Depth, and Volume controls, allowing you to dial in a wide range of tremolo effects, from subtle pulsating rhythms to dramatic, seasick swirls. Combine Tremolo Effects for Unique Textures The Twin Trem allows you to combine the Harmonic and Optical tremolo effects to create rich, layered textures that are truly unique. This opens up a world of sonic possibilities, allowing you to experiment with different combinations of speed, depth, and volume to create everything from subtle rhythmic pulses to dramatic, swirling soundscapes. The LED indicators on each side of the pedal visually display the speed of each tremolo, making it easy to sync them together for perfectly synchronized rhythmic effects. Versatile Routing Options for Creative Signal Flow The Twin Trem boasts four top-mounted jacks, providing versatile signal routing options for creative sound design. You can run it like a standard pedal, routing the signal in through the first jack and out through the last. Alternatively, you can route the signal through the Harmonic side first, then through a reverb or another effect, and finally into the Optical side, preserving the classic placement of optical tremolo after reverb, just like in many amplifiers. This opens up endless possibilities for integrating the Twin Trem with other effects in your signal chain. Stereo Operation for Expanded Sonic Possibilities For guitarists with stereo setups, the Twin Trem offers the ability to run the right side through the Harmonic tremolo and the left side through the Optical tremolo. This creates a wide, immersive stereo tremolo effect that adds depth and dimension to your sound. Whether you're playing live or recording in the studio, the Twin Trem's stereo capabilities open up a world of sonic possibilities.
