DetailThe Fender Mustang Micro guitar headphone amplifier is a versatile little device that every player can find a use for. No matter how many amps you own, sometimes it's fun to just to plug into something simple and play. Listen over a pair of quality cans, and you'll swear you're playing your best gig ever—at a small club, stadium or in the studio, inches away from a 100-watt head or a vintage tweed, soloing like the star you are. Though it's small, the Mustang Micro has a lot inside?2 amp and 12 effect models, Bluetooth, and the ability to use it at as a recording interface. Dive in deep to these details to discover why this might be your next purchase. Classic Fender Sounds—and More Fender loads a history of its best amps into the Mustang Micro. A ?5 Twin Reverb, ?5 Deluxe, ?7 Twin and Bassbreaker are just some of the options. The amps can be divided up into clean, crunch, high gain and direct-to-board categories. You have 12 to choose from, including a host of amps inspired by other brands: British-style models, ?0s stadium rockers, even modern heads that are great for metal and hard rock. Loaded With Effects The Mustang Micro gives you 12 effects to play with, and a few are full-on Fender. You can go from subtle ’verb to swampy surf with the ?5 Spring Reverb. The Vibratone simulates a rotating speaker—great for Texas blues—and the Vintage Tremolo nails the stuttering sound of Fender's optical tremolo from Blackface amps. Other choices include chorus, flange, tape delay and more. Hit the "modify" button on the side of the Mustang Micro to adjust the effect levels, depths, rates and delay time. More Specs, More Uses If you like playing along to YouTube lessons, the Mustang Micro lets you stream that audio right into your ears via Bluetooth. Or, connect it to your computer over USB and use it as a super-easy recording interface. We like that the Micro comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. You'll get 4+ hours of playing time per charge. Great sounds anywhere With its small form factor and inspiring sounds, the Mustang Micro is perfect for—dare we say—everyone. For a minimal investment, you can carry classic Fender tones wherever you go and jam silently without hearing the complaints from neighbors and family. That’s a win-win in our book, and will be in yours, too.
