DetailThe ChamSys MagicQ MQ70 compact console puts an extremely powerful yet portable lighting control system in your hands. Designed for traveling musicians and lighting designers, the MQ70 fits within carry-on baggage restrictions for major airlines but provides features found in much larger consoles. The 10.1" multi-touch display, 12 illuminated faders and 8 encoder knobs give you hands-on control of up to 12,288 channels and 5,000 presets. With built-in Wi-Fi, you can connect to the MagicQ Remote focus app without any networking equipment for an even more compact setup. Take Your Show on the Road The MQ70 is ideal for touring shows, events, theaters and anywhere else you need professional lighting control in a small package. At only 15.4 lb., you can easily transport the console as carry-on or checked baggage. The internal uninterruptible power supply protects your show data in case of power loss. With the same software as larger MagicQ consoles, you can build your show on the MQ70 and move up to a bigger system without hassle. All the Connections You Need Even though it's highly compact, the MQ70 provides extensive connectivity. It supports 24 DMX universes over its built-in 3-port Ethernet switch, with four physical DMX ports for direct fixture control. Audio in/out, MIDI in/out and LTC in/out enable syncing lighting with audio and video. Five USB ports, a remote port and the Wi-Fi connection offer more options for networking, controlling external devices and running the free MagicQ Remote app on iOS and Android tablets. Shape Your Looks With Powerful Software The MQ70 runs MagicQ, an advanced yet intuitive lighting control software platform. On the 10.1" multi-touch display, you have full access to features like color mixing, gobos, prisms, beam shaping and media server control. Easily build dynamic looks, chases and presets. MagicQ's visual interface lets you see your changes in real time. Cue stacks, palettes, groups and macros help you organize and recall frequently used settings. Keep your show in sync with the MQ70's timecode, MIDI and audio-in triggers.
