DetailThe BOSS DD-3T digital delay builds on the classic BOSS DD-3, offering musicians an enhanced version of the iconic analog-like delay stompbox that's been a pedalboard staple since 1986. Retaining the original's simple, intuitive controls and warm delay tone, the DD-3T adds essential functionality for modern players like onboard tap tempo, three beat subdivisions to choose from and an easily accessible direct out jack for wet/dry setups. Tap in Delay Times with Onboard or External Switch The DD-3T makes it simple to dial in delay times via tap tempo. Hold the pedal switch for two seconds to toggle between bypass and tap operation, then tap the tempo you want. Connect an external footswitch for hands-free tap control. In tap mode, up to 800ms of delay time is available, selectable as quarter-note triplet, dotted-eighth note or quarter note. Identical Tone and Control Layout as the DD-3 The DD-3 has been the go-to analog-style delay stompbox for decades, prized for its warm, organic delay sound and intuitive controls. The DD-3T delivers the exact same tone and controls, letting you create classic delay sounds fast. Direct Out for Easy Wet/Dry Setups The DD-3T's direct out jack, located next to the main out, makes it simple to send wet and dry signals to different amps or an amp and mixer for wide stereo effects. Connecting a cable to the direct out converts the main out to delay only. Use a dummy plug in the direct out to mute the dry sound for blending delay into an effects loop. Capture Loops Up to 800ms Long The BOSS DD-3T includes the same innovative Short Loop function as the DD-3, allowing you to capture up to 800ms of sound and play it continuously while soloing over the top. It's a creative tool for rhythmic looping, layering and textural jamming.
