DetailThe Behringer EUROPOWER EP2000 is a professional-grade 2-channel power amplifier designed to deliver robust, clean power for live and installed sound applications. With up to 2,000W of peak output power, the EP2000 can drive large speaker systems at high volumes without distortion. The Class AB amplifier design provides exceptional fidelity for both music and speech. Deliver High SPLs With 2,000W Peak at 2 Ohms Packing serious muscle, the EUROPOWER EP2000 puts out up to 1,000W per channel into 2-ohm loads and 750W into 4-ohm loads. Bridge the channels and you get a monstrous 2,000W at 4 ohms—enough juice to push large-format line arrays or subwoofers at dangerous levels. The amp's high-capacity toroidal transformer and massive heat sinks allow the EUROPOWER EP2000 to crank out clean power all night long without overheating or instability. Connect Any Source With XLR and 1/4" Inputs The EUROPOWER EP2000 offers extensive connectivity for use with professional mixing consoles, instruments, DJ gear and more. Each channel provides a balanced XLR input and a 1/4" TRS input to accommodate both mic- and line-level sources. The Neutrik combo jacks handle everything from mics to keyboards to effects units with ease. Level controls allow you to dial in the perfect sensitivity. Protect Your Speakers and System With Built-in Limiters and Overload Protection To safeguard your components from damage, the EUROPOWER EP2000 provides multiple layers of smart protection. Integrated peak and RMS limiters prevent clipping and control transient peaks. DC and thermal overload protection activate automatically if DC voltage or excessive heat is detected. The amp also guards against short circuits, faulty wiring and more. You can push the amp hard without worrying about blowing speakers. Clean Up Your Sound With Adjustable Low-Cut Filters Unwanted low-end rumble and hum can muddy up your mix and tax your speakers. The EP2000 lets you dial in low-cut filters independently for each channel to remove distracting low frequencies. Cut off the subs and tighten up the low mids for cleaner vocals, guitars and more. You can also create a high-pass filter to optimize the amp for use with mid-high speakers.
