DetailThe UB-Xa 16-voice bi-timbral polyphonic analog synthesizer from Behringer brings the legendary tone of a classic to the 21st century. More than a recreation, the UB-Xa has all the warmth and character of the original while being enhanced with modern features. The UB-Xa gives you iconic analog sound along with velocity, aftertouch, 512 user presets and MIDI implementation for versatility. Split the Keyboard to Layer Two Different Sounds Just like the original, the UB-Xa lets you split the keyboard so you can layer two different synth sounds. The dedicated VCOs and VCFs, modeled after classic chip designs, recreate the iconic growl and sizzle. With 16 voices of polyphony, you can conjure massive, layered sounds. Split the keyboard and create textures by playing two distinct synth voices together. Save Custom Presets in 512 User Program Memories Finding that perfect tone after tweaking the knobs is rewarding. The UB-Xa allows you to save your custom sounds in up to 512 user program memories. You can even assign presets to the preset recall switches to change them on the fly. Save your unique synth creations and recall them instantly during performances. Velocity and Aftertouch Capture Playing Nuances The 61 full-sized, semi-weighted keys detect every subtlety of your performance. With velocity and aftertouch, the UB-Xa senses soft, gentle playing as well as intense fortissimo. Articulate each note and bring expression to your playing through the synth's excellent velocity and aftertouch responsiveness. Matrix Modulation Expands Sonic Possibilities The 8-channel modulation matrix gives you flexibility to expand the UB-Xa's potential. Get hands-on control with the 26 rotary knobs over VCOs, LFOs, envelopes and VCAs to sculpt sounds. The matrix modulation lets you shape the tone in unlimited ways to create your distinctive synth sounds.
