The BOSS Katana-210 160W 2x10 bass combo amp is based on the formula behind their much-loved Katana Guitar amp line, with the same easy-to-navigate controls and full slate of features to explore. It has three distinct amp voicings—Flat, Vintage and Modern—that cater to a wide range of genres and play styles. Flat has a smooth and dynamic tone with rich harmonics; Vintage is a classic tube voice with fat, well-rounded tone and natural drive; and Modern offers a quick, dynamic response that’s great for heavy rock riffs and extended range basses.The Katana-210 bass combo uses a Class A/B power amp for an organically driven, more expressive experience. The amp responds to a player’s nuance, attack and dynamics, with a volume that compares to a higher-rated Class-D amp. A studio-inspired Blend section allows you to mix in the dry sound for enhanced fatness and clarity, and it features a four-band equalizer with selectable low mid and high mid frequency point options. Customize your sound with the pre- and post-effects options, or choose from the two banks of three presets available.
